摘要
基于招标管理在油田物资采购过程中所发生的相关应用流程及问题,为降低成本、提高效率、如何解决和进一步完善相关管理措施等方面做出分析探讨,为油田业的健康发展打下坚实的基础。
Based on the application process and problems of bidding management in the process of oil field material procurement, this paper makes an analysis and discussion on the professional problems such as cost reduction, efficiency improvement, how to solve and further improve the relevant management measures, and lays a solid and favorable foundation for the economic development of oil field industry.
