摘要
对可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)和可靠性为中心的维修分析(RCMA)的基本理论进行分析,构建空管设备RCMA流程,从空管设备重要功能产品的确定、故障模式和影响分析、预防性维修工作类型的确定以及维修工作间隔期的确定等方面对空管设备的RCMA方法进行研究。
The basic theories of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and reliability-centered maintenance analysis (RCMA) are analyzed, and the RCMA process of air traffic control equipment is constructed. The RCMA method of air traffic control equipment is studied from the aspects of determination of important function products, failure mode and impact analysis, determination of preventive maintenance type and determination of maintenance interval.
