高校教师国内访学的收获与感悟

Talking About the Achievements and Feelings of University Teachers' Domestic Visits

十九大报告中明确指出,要坚持中国特色社会主义文化发展道路,激发全民族文化创新创造活力,建设社会主义文化强国。我院是黑龙江省首批特色应用型本科院校。应用型高校的人才培养目标发生了改变,对教师的专业素质提出了新的要求,原有教师的专业素质难以满足应用型人才培养的要求。面对新的时代需求,高校教师只有不断地寻求个人发展,提高自身专业知识和教育技能,才能获得持续性发展。国内访学是受到广大高校教师认可的一种继续教育方式。为适应现代教育对高校教师的需求,提升自身素养,在哈尔滨医科大学进行了为期一年的进修访学,在这一年中,通过参加该校的教学及科研活动,使本人受益良多。

The report of the 19th National Congress clearly pointed out that it is necessary to adhere to the road of socialist cultural development with Chinese characteristics, stimulate the cultural innovation and creativity of the whole nation, and build a strong socialist cultural country. Our college is the first batch of characteristic applied undergraduate colleges in Heilongjiang Province. The training objectives of applied universities have changed, and new requirements have been put forward for teachers' professional quality. The original teachers' professional quality is difficult to meet the requirements of applied talents training. Faced with the needs of the new era, only by constantly seeking personal development and improving their professional knowledge and educational skills, can university teachers achieve sustainable development. Domestic visit is a form of continuing education that is recognized by the majority of university teachers. In order to meet the needs of modern education for university teachers and improve their quality, a one-year study visit was conducted in Harbin Medical University. During this year, I participated in the teaching and scientific research activities of Harbin Medical University, which benefited me a lot.
