摘要
目的探讨在临床护理实习生的带教当中运用精细化管理的效果。方法对照组护理实习生均采取常规的临床带教方式,观察组护理实习生则在此基础上开展精细化管理,对两组护理实习生的带教效果进行评估与对比,并比较两组护理实习生对于带教教师的教学满意度。结果观察组护理实习生的理论知识、护理操作技能以及护患沟通能力的考核评分均高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组护理实习生对于带教教师的各项评估满意度均高于对照组实习生(P <0.05)。结论在临床护理实习生的带教工作中开展精细化管理有利于提升临床带教质量,提高护理实习生的实习效果,因此精细化管理值得在临床护理实习生的带教中加以应用。
Objective To explore the effect of applying fine management in the teaching of clinical nursing interns. Methods Nursing interns in the control group were given routine clinical teaching methods. The nursing interns in the observation group carried out fine management on this basis. The teaching effect of two groups of nursing interns was evaluated and compared. The teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nursing interns to the teaching teachers was compared. Results The assessment scores of the observation group on the theoretical knowledge, nursing operation skills and the nurse and patient communication ability were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The nursing interns in the observation group were significantly more satisfied with the evaluation of the teachers than the interns in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Fine management in the teaching work of clinical nursing interns is beneficial to improve the quality of clinical teaching and the effect of nursing interns' practice. Therefore, the fine management is worthy to be applied and popularized in the teaching work of clinical nursing interns.
