早产儿临床路径系统的研究与开发

摘要 医疗改革以来,儿科医学取得丰硕成果,但早产儿救治过程中仍存在若干问题。文章从规范早产儿临床诊疗管理入手,研究开发了早产儿临床路径系统,从而将临床规章制度管理落实到医疗过程中的每一个环节。早产儿临床路径系统(Premature Clinic Information System,PCIS)是计算机软件开发技术与早产儿临床诊治和护理流程相结合的产物。PCIS利用计算机仿真医生实际诊治工作流程,按出生时间、类别来设计最佳的医疗和护理方案,根据病情合理地安排住院时间和费用。PCIS提供了标准的诊疗过程并对其实行持续监测和定期评价,有利于医疗服务质量的控制和持续改进,将促进早产儿医疗水平的整体提高。 Since the medical reform, pediatric medicine has achieved fruitful results, but there are still some problems in the treatment of premature infants. This paper starts with standardizing the management of clinical diagnosis and treatment of premature infants, studies and develops the clinical pathway system of premature infants, so as to implement the management of clinical rules and regulations to every link in the medical process. Premature Clinic Information System (PCIS) is a product of the combination of computer software development technology and clinical diagnosis and nursing process of premature infants. It uses computer to simulate the actual diagnosis and treatment workflow of doctors, designs the best medical and nursing program according to birth time and type, and arranges the hospitalization time and cost reasonably according to the condition of illness. It provides a standard diagnosis and treatment process and carries out continuous monitoring and periodic evaluation, which is conducive to the control and continuous improvement of the quality of medical services, and will promote the overall improvement of the medical level of premature infants.
