摘要 目的分析牙周病种植牙手术前后应用盐酸米诺环素的效果。方法选取2017年10月—2018年10月在我院接受临床手术治疗的牙周病患者108例为研究对象,随机分为实验组与常规组。手术前1个月为患者提供牙周支持治疗,常规组在术前采用碘甘油进行干预,实验组在手术前后均应用盐酸米诺环素软。总结并对比两组疗效及康复效果。结果实验组患者的牙龈指数、牙齿松动度、牙周探诊深度数据均显著优于常规组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组患者术后感染发生率与种植体周围牙槽骨丧失发生率数据均显著低于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论牙周病种植牙手术前后应用盐酸米诺环素效果显著,能够有效降低术后感染发生率,对种植体周围牙槽骨丧失发生有一定的预防作用。 Objective To analyze the effect of minocycline hydrochloride before and after implant surgery for periodontal diseases. Methods A total of 108 patients with periodontal disease who received clinical surgical treatment in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and routine group. One month before the operation, periodontal support therapy was provided for the patients. The routine group was intervened with iodine glycerin before the operation, and the experimental group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride soft before and after the operation. The therapeutic effect and rehabilitation effect of two groups of patients were summarized and compared. Results The data of gingival index, tooth mobility and periodontal exploration depth in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative infection and peri-implant alveolar bone loss in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of minocycline hydrochloride before and after periodontal implant surgery has a significant effect, can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative infection, and has a certain preventive effect on alveolar bone loss around implants.
