摘要 目的探讨介入溶栓治疗脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法选择2013年1月—2015年1月来我院治疗的90例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为两组,各45例,对照组采用静脉溶栓治疗,观察组采用动脉介入溶栓治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分及血液流变学。结果两组患者治疗后神经功能缺损评分、全血高切黏度和全血低切黏度明显降低;且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后D-二聚体水平明显低于治疗前,且观察组治疗后D-二聚体水平明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者采用动脉内溶栓法治疗疗效更确切、安全性高。 Objective To investigate the effect of interventional thrombolytic therapy in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. Each group inclued 45 cases. The control group was treated with intravenous thrombolytic therapy. The observation group was treated with arterial thrombolytic therapy. The neurological deficit scores and hemorheology of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the neurological deficit score, whole blood high shear viscosity and whole blood low shear concentration of the two groups were significantly reduced, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The level of D-dimer in the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the level of D-dimer in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Intra-arterial thrombolytic therapy is more effective and safer for patients with acute cerebral infarction. Therefore, intra-arterial thrombolytic therapy is recommended.
