摘要 目的探索建立急性心肌梗死大鼠模型制备方法,进而可以明确在急性心肌梗死模型中发生显著变化的指标,挖掘具有临床诊断价值的新的生物标志物,探讨其在临床诊断方面应用的前景以及与急性心肌梗死发生机制的关系。方法在未对大鼠进行气管插管术的情况下,借助RM6240系列生理信号采集处理系统和HX-300动物呼吸机辅助,通过结扎冠状动脉左前降支建立急性心肌梗死大鼠模型。结果结扎冠状动脉左前降支后,左室前壁心肌组织变苍白,收缩减弱。并结合心电图R波振幅增加,ST段升高等表明急性心肌梗死大鼠模型建立成功。结论此次研究无需对大鼠进行气管插管术,成功建立了急性心肌梗死模型,提高了模型制备的成功率和存活率,为该疾病的诊断和治疗提供可信的基础数据。 Objective Through the established of myocardial infarction rat model , the new biomarkers with clinical diagnostic value could be identified and explored, its relationship with the mechanism of acute myocardial infarction could be found. Methods The rat model of acute myocardial infarction was established by ligating the left anterior descending branch of coronary artery with the aid of RM6240 series physiological signal acquisition and processing system and HX-300 ventilator without tracheal intubation. Results After ligation of coronary artery left anterior descending branch, left ventricular anterior wall myocardial tissue became pale and contraction weakened. Combined with the increase of R wave amplitude and ST segment, the rat model of acute myocardial infarction was established successfully. Conclusion The acute myocardial infarction rat model was successfully established without tracheal intubation. The successful and survival rate of the model was improved and reliable basic data were provided for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
