内镜治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的护理风险管理研究

Nursing Risk Management of Endoscopic Treatment for Esophageal and Gastric Varices Bleeding

目的探讨对食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者行内镜治疗的基础上加之护理风险管理的效果。方法在2016年8月—2018年8月选取36例食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者,按照计算机表法将其均分为两组,各18例,对参照组行基础护理,对实验组行护理风险管理;分析两组发生风险事件的几率。结果实验组发生风险事件的几率为16.67%(3/18),明显低于参照组发生风险事件的几率55.56%(10/18),组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在对食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者行内镜治疗的基础上加之护理风险管理,可避免风险事件发生。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing risk management on patients with esophageal and gastric varices bleeding on the basis of endoscopic treatment. Methods From August 2016 to August 2018, 36 patients with esophageal and gastric varices bleeding were divided into two groups equally according to the computer table method, 18 cases in each group. The control group was given basic nursing, and the experimental group was given nursing risk management. The probability of risk events in the two groups was analyzed. Results The incidence of risk events in the experimental group was 16.67%(3/18), significantly lower than that in the control group of 55.56%(10/18). There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion On the basis of endoscopic treatment for patients with esophagogastric variceal bleeding and nursing risk management, risk events can be avoided.
