优质护理在小儿先天性心脏病手术中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of High Quality Nursing in Children With Congenital Heart Disease Operation

目的探讨观察优质护理在小儿先天性心脏病手术中的应用效果。方法将62例先天性心脏病患儿分成对照组与研究组两组,对照组患儿接受常规护理服务,研究组患儿给予优质护理服务,观察护理效果。结果研究组并发症发生率为3.2%,对照组并发症发生率为19.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.026,P=0.044)。研究组护理满意度评分为(91.60±5.38)分,对照组满意度评分为(87.40±6.17)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.856,P=0.005)。结论小儿先天性心脏病手术中,实施优质护理的效果比常规护理更显著。

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing in the operation of congenital heart disease in children. Methods 62 children with congenital heart disease were divided into two groups: control group and study group. The control group was given routine nursing service. The study group was given high quality nursing service and the nursing effect was observed. Results The incidence of complications was 3.2% in the study group and 19.3% in the control group, the difference was significant (χ2=4.026, P=0.044). The nursing satisfaction score of the study group was (91.60 ± 5.38) and that of the control group was (87.40± 6.17). The difference was statistically significant (t=2.856, P=0.005). Conclusion In the operation of congenital heart disease in children, the effect of quality nursing is more significant than that of routine nursing.
