Objective To study and analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on patients with bipolar disorder manic episode. Methods A total of 92 patients with bipolar disorder manic attacks were selected for treatment in our hospital. 92 patients were divided into routine nursing group (46 cases) and evidence-based nursing group (46 cases) by statistical science grouping method. The nursing staff in our hospital took the routine nursing intervention measures for the patients in the routine nursing group, and the nursing staff took the evidence-based nursing intervention measures for the patients in the evidence-based nursing group, and then the WAIS-RC scores of the two groups of patients were observed. Results there were significant differences in the wechsler adult intelligence scale (WAIS-RC) scores between the evidence-based nursing group and the conventional nursing group after treatment, with the former (103.8±19.2,15.5±4.3,58.5±11.9,43.2±4.3) significantly superior to the latter (95.7±17.2,12.5±4.2,52.1±10.8,37.5±5.1). The data were statistically significant (t=2.6321,1.9641,3.7039,2.9691,P < 0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention has a great influence on patients with bipolar disorder manic episode, which can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients.
