Analysis and research on the framework of the training system of the new high skill talents in the view of “Internet+ vocational education”

在"互联网+职业教育"视域下,创新高技能人才培养体系架构显得更加迫切,给我国职业教育高技能人才培养的发展带来更多挑战和机遇。为实现对高技能人才培养体系架构的创新,使其能够充分满足职业教育人才培养的需求,文章针对"互联网+职业教育"视域下高技能人才培养的新特征进行分析,并提出一些新的路径,希望能为职业教育高技能人才培养的发展提供有效参考依据。

Under the view of“Internet+vocational education”,it is more urgent to set a new high skill talent training system,and bring more challenges and opportunities to the development of vocational education high skill talents training in our country.In order to realize the innovation of the structure of the training system of high-skilled talents and make it fully meet the needs of the training of vocational education talents,this paper analyzes the new characteristics of the cultivation of high-skilled talents in the field of“Internet+vocational education”.Some new ways are put forward in order to provide effective reference for the development of high skill talents in vocational education.
