AI作为公共服务技术支撑提高公民满意度的探究

摘要 人民不断提升的物质水平导致政府按照传统模式提供公共服务时出现供给不到位、业务办理效率差等问题频发,长久下去政府职责缺失问题会愈演愈烈。为了提高公民对公共服务的满意度,可以借助AI技术为群众提供个性化主动的服务。文章从公共服务的用户需求、业务流程以及业务反馈3个环节入手,举例讲述了如何借助AI技术改变政府同群众之间的沟通交流模式,增强群众对政府的信任。 The rising material level of the people has led to frequent problems such as inadequate supply and inefficient business management when the government provides public services in accordance with the traditional mode,the long-term absence of government responsibilities will become more and more serious.In order to improve citizens’satisfaction with public services,we can provide individualized and active services for the masses with the help of artificial intelligence technology.Starting from the three links of user demand,business process and business feedback of public service,this paper illustrates how to change the communication mode between the government and the masses with the help of artificial intelligence technology,so as to enhance the trust of the masses in the government.
