Construction of informatization service platform for vulnerable groups under the background of new rural community construction

文章以山东省诸城市农村弱势群体社区信息化服务建设为研究对象,首先对新型农村社区背景下的弱势群体信息化服务平台进行了需求分析和功能分析,然后提出了详细的平台总体构建方案,并对平台建成后如何应用到基层社区并保持其长效机制进行了探讨。

This paper takes the informatization service construction of rural vulnerable groups in Zhucheng city of Shandong province as the research object.Firstly,the demand analysis and function analysis of informatization service platform for vulnerable groups under the background of new rural communities are carried out.Then,a detailed overall platform construction scheme is proposed.It also discusses how to apply the platform to grass-roots communities and how to maintain its long-term mechanism after the completion of the platform.
