摘要
基于目前正在开展的槽式太阳能热发电典型项目,对项目的建设及经营成本构成进行分析,找出了影响项目成本的关键因素和内容。基于已开展的项目进行经济效益分析,并以单一变量法测算项目建设运行各影响因素对项目成本电价的影响程度。并根据分析与讨论的结果,提出对提高后续槽式太阳能热发电项目投资效益的建议。
Based on several typical parabolic trough solar thermal power generation projects,the structure of project investment and operating cost is analyzed.The critical factor and system effecting the cost are identified.Economic effect evaluation is also conducted based on typical projects.Under simple variable method,factors which can affect the unit cost of electricity are discussed,as well as the influence level of them.According to the result of analyzation and discussion,suggestions are proposed for improving investment return rate of future projects.
