浅析中职教育管理中存在的问题及对策

A Brief Analysis of Education Management Problems and Countermeasures

随着教育体制的变革及市场需求的变化,相关企业对于学生的技能化要求越来高。而作为中等职业院校,主要工作内容以职业教育为主,教育管理的主要内容也是围绕以职业技能为导向,为学生将来进入工作岗位而努力,肩负着不可推卸的责任。伴随教育体制的变革,职业教育结构也发生了一定变化,具体到实际教育管理过程中,完善当前教学模式,做到制度规范化、合理化,提升整体教学质量,是学校管理过程中的必然选择。本文主要对当前教育管理中存在的一些问题,并根据自身实际工作经验简要做以下分析以供学习交流。

With the change of education system and the change of market demand,relevant enterprises have higher and higher requirements on students’skills.As a secondary vocational college,the main work content is mainly career education,and the main content of education management is also centered on vocational skills as the guidance,so as to make efforts for students to enter the work position in the future and shoulder the inescapable responsibility.With the change of education system,professional education structure has also changed to some extent.In the actual education management process,it is an inevitable choice for school management to improve the current teaching mode,standardize and rationalize the system,and improve the overall teaching quality.This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems in education management and makes a brief analysis based on my actual work experience for learning and communication.
