探析以人为本的成人教育管理

摘要 在我国教育体系中成人教育占据着极为重要的位置,是将劳动者素质全面提升,促进经济和社会发展的有效手段,一直以来党和政府都对其引起高度重视,成人教育的教学对象有着自身所特有的特点,那么教学和管理工作也应和学生的特点相顺应,怎样建立和学生发展相符的教学管理模式已变成当前成人教育管理急需解决的重要问题。本文和自身的工作经验相结合,就成教学生的特点,探究了以人为本的成人教育管理,以供参考。 Adult education occupies an extremely important position in China’s education system.It is an effective means to comprehensively improve the quality of workers and promote economic and social development.The party and the government have always attached great importance to it,and the teaching of adult education.The object has its own unique characteristics,then the teaching and management work should also be in line with the characteristics of the students.How to establish a teaching management mode that is consistent with the development of students has become an important issue that needs to be solved urgently in adult education management.This article,combined with its own work experience,explores the characteristics of adult education and explores the human-oriented adult education management for reference.
