摘要
过某车型设计开发过程中的竞品车调查分析结构形式、总结规律,以及方案实车验证测算,解决了千斤顶举升时车身门槛翻边变形的问题,并由此提出了车身门槛在千斤顶举升位置处的结构形式和材料厚度的设计规范。
Through a model in the design process of competitive car investigation structure, summed up the law, and the real vehicle verification scheme to solve the threshold calculation, sill flanging deformation jack lifting problem, and thus puts forward a sill in the jack lifting body position and thickness of the structure design specification.
