摘要
本文对某重型商用车上采用的膨胀水箱出现的箱体开裂、接头断裂等故障问题进行原因分析,提出了相应的改进方案。通过CAE仿真分析计算,将故障膨胀水箱和改进膨胀水箱进行分析对比,得出最优的方案进行台架试验。经过市场的考验,大幅度降低了膨胀水箱的赔偿率,提升了客户满意度。
In this paper, the failure of the expansion tank, such as the cracking of the box body and the joint breakage have been analyzed, and the corresponding improvement plan have been suggested. According to the results of CAE simulation analysis, calculation and comparative analysis between the failure expansion tank and the improved expansion tank, and the optimal scheme has been obtained, the bench test carried out. Through the test of the market, the compensation rate of the expansion tank was greatly reduced and the customer satisfaction was improved.
