摘要
针对某型4×2越野车辆,建立了其越壕数学模型为仿真提供理论参考,利用ADAMS宏命令、定制界面完成了车辆越壕仿真模块的二次开发设计,仿真模块具有良好的人机交互性,能快速的完成仿真模型的建立与结果的提取。仿真结果表明,该模块能较准确的仿真车辆越壕工况并获取车辆相关部件受力情况,能为车辆强度等相关设计提供计算依据。
A mathematical model of trench crossing is established for a 4×2 off-road vehicle, which provides a theoretical reference for simulation. Using the ADAMS macro command, the custom interface completes the secondary development design of the vehicle’s trench crossing simulation module. The simulation module has a good human-computer interaction, and can quickly complete the simulation model establishment and results extraction. The simulation results show that the module can simulate the condition of the vehicle trench crossing accurately and obtain the force of the relevant parts of the vehicle, and provide the calculation basis for the vehicle strength and other related design.
