摘要
公立医院的职称梯队建设在实际工作中存在着一些问题,为了让职称梯队建设更加合理,更能促进医院的人才发展。因此,本文认为:可以结合实际,积极探索,从多方入手,让职称梯队"模型"发挥出更好的作用。
There are some problems in the construction of professional title echelon in public hospitals.In order to make the construction of professional title echelon more reasonable and promote the development of talents in hospitals,we can actively explore and start from various aspects to make the model of professional title echelon play a better role.
