全面把握并做好群众工作,需要坚持辩证法,要讲两点论。从先生与学生的辩证法看,我们党和领导干部做好群众工作,既要做群众的学生,也要做群众的先生,尤其针对当前群众工作普遍存在的问题,要重视教育引导群众的问题;从官与民的辩证法看,做好社会治理、信访维稳等领域的群众工作也要讲两点论,既要从"官"的行为逻辑出发,关注并解决"大事化小"的问题,也要从"民"的行为逻辑出发,警惕并解决"小事闹大"的问题。

From the perspective of the dialectics between teachers and students,our Party and leading cadres should do a good job in the mass work,not only as students of the masses,but also as teachers of the masses.From the perspective of the dialectics between officials and the people,we need to adhere to dialectics and twopoint theory in social governance,petition work,and maintenance of stability.We should not only pay attention to the problem of“managing a major accident as a minor one”,but also maintain the problem of“minor incidents causing major incidents”.
