核心稳定训练对骨质疏松症患者平衡功能、下肢肌力及跌倒发生的影响 被引量:8

Effect of Core Stability Training on Balance Function, Lower Extremity Muscle Strength and Falls in Patients with Osteoporosis

摘要 目的探究核心稳定训练对骨质疏松症患者平衡功能、下肢肌力及跌倒发生的影响。方法选取为2017年8月~2018年7月本院收治的94例骨质疏松症患者,采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各47例,对照组常规给予唑来膦酸进行抗骨质疏松治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上,进行核心稳定训练,两组干预时间均为2个月,治疗结束后对比两组患者的平衡功能情况、下肢肌力情况,随访2个月,统计随访期间两组患者发生跌倒的概率。结果平衡功能评估指标结果显示,观察组的总路程、平均步速、左步长、右步长均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);下肢肌力情况评估结果显示,两组治疗前对比无显著差异(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组的起立行走测试及站起坐下测试水平均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P <0.05);随访期间观察组患者发生跌倒1例,对照组发生跌倒6例,观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论核心稳定训练能够改善骨质疏松患者的平衡功能及下肢肌力,降低患者发生跌倒的概率,是一种有效的康复干预方案。 Objective To investigate the effects of core stability training on balance function, lower extremity muscle strength and falls in patients with osteoporosis. Methods A total of 94 patients with osteoporosis admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to July 2018 were randomLy divided into observation group (n=47) and control group (n=47). Patients in the control group were routinely given zoledronic acid to treat with Osteoporosis, while patients in the observation group received zoledronic acid treatments and the core stability training. The intervention time was 2 months in both two groups. At the end of treatment, the balance function of the two groups, lower limb muscle strength were compared. The probability of falls in both groups were analyzed during statistical 2 months follow-up. Results The results of the balance function evaluation index showed that the total distance, average pace, left step length and right step length of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05). The evaluation results of lower limb muscle strength showed There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). After treatment, the standing walking test and standing test were significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05);During follow-up, 1 patient fell the observation group, and 6 patients fell in the control group. The observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions Core stability training can improve the balance function and lower limb muscle strength of patients with osteoporosis, and reduce the probability of falls in patients. It is an effective rehabilitation intervention program.
