摘要
目的在新晋三甲医院质量管理改进中推行品管圈活动,以进一步提高医疗服务质量。方法于2014年6月~2017年12月本院在各部门、科室推广品管圈活动。在系统培训的基础上,以品管圈例会和专业小组管理为手段,引导各部门按照品质管理的步骤、方法分析解决实际问题并形成标准。结果全院56个科室共组建73个品管圈;其中,管理类32项,医疗类4项,护理类28项,医技辅诊类2项,其他9项。单一科室组圈37项,跨科室联合组圈36项。各圈经过6~12个月活动周期,重新制定、规范医疗流程24项,解决实际问题比例100%,形成新标准12条。结论品管圈活动促使医院一线员工主动解决问题,促进医院的持续质量改进,并营造团结和谐进取的人文环境,在医院质量管理中具有较好的应用前景。
Objective To promote and improve the medical service quality by applying quality control circle(QCC) in the quality management and continious improvement of new Tertiary Hospital. Methods The QCC activities were carrided out in various departments of our hospital from June 2014 to December 2017 .On the basis of systematic training, the quality management circle and professional group management are used to guide the departments to analyze and solve practical problems and form standards according to the steps of quality management. Results Fifty-six departments took part in the activity,and 73 circles were orgnized .Dividing by theme,32 circles were management,4 circles were medical,,28 ones were nursing,2 ones were accessory,and 9 ones were other items .Circles built by single department were 37 and cross department combined were 36..Each circle’s duration was 6 to 12 months. 24 medical processes were modulated. The ratio of solving the entire problems was 100%, 12 new standards were formed. Conclusion The QCC is an effective management tool to solve practical problems by front-line staff,promote the standardized operation of a New Tertiary Hospital,and to creat a united and harmonious humanistic environment.There are good prospects of QCC in the management of a New Tertiary Hospital.
