摘要
目的探究三维DSA与MRI或CT影像融合技术要点及在颅内动静脉畸形诊治中的应用。方法本次选择在2016年8月~2017年8月期间本院收治的66例颅内动静脉畸形患者设为研究对象,实施三维DSA与MRI或CT影像融合技术诊断,并详细对所有患者的临床治疗回顾分析。结果 48例颅内动静脉畸形患者实施三维DSA与MRI融合诊断,18例颅内动静脉畸形患者实施DSA与CT融合诊断,其中诊断发现有43例患者的颅内动脉畸形团直径小于3cm,有10例患者的颅内动脉畸形团直径在3~6cm范围内,有13例患者的动脉畸形在小脑部位,所有颅内动静脉畸形患者均顺利完成相关诊断与治疗。结论通过术前影像融合技术能为颅内动静脉畸形患者提供可靠的诊断建议,有助于患者采取针对性的治疗方式改善预后情况。
Objective To explore the main points of 3D DSA and MRI or CT image fusion techniques and their applications in the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial arteriovenous malformations. Methods Sixty-six patients with intracranial arteriovenous malformations admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as subjects for this study. 3D DSA and MRI or CT image fusion techniques were used to diagnose the disease, and detailed review of clinical treatment for all patients. Results 48 cases of intracranial arteriovenous malformations were diagnosed by 3D DSA and MRI fusion. Eighteen patients were diagnosed by DSA and CT fusion. Among them, 43 cases of intracranial arterial malformations had a diameter of less than 3 cm. The diameter of the intracranial arterial malformations in 10 patients ranged from 3 to 6 cm. There were 13 arterial malformations in the cerebellum. All patients successfully completed the relevant diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion Image fusion technology can provide reliable diagnosis for patients, and it can help patients to take targeted treatment and improve the prognosis.
