超声雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎的临床护理干预

Clinical Nursing Intervention of Ultrasonic Atomization Inhalation in the Treatment of Pneumonia in Children

目的探究患有小儿支气管肺炎使用临床护理干预的临床治疗效果。方法将2012年11月～2013年1月本院收治经临床医生确诊为支气管肺炎的患儿170名作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组;对照组患儿使用常规护理配合超声雾化吸入治疗,实验组患儿在常规护理的基础上加入临床护理干预措施;对比两组患者经护理后配合治疗的效果。结果实验组支气管肺炎得到有效的控制、咳嗽和肺部湿啰音不良症状去除时间用时较少,统计学分析对比两组有显著差异(P <0.05)。同时实验组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论小儿肺炎应用超声雾化吸入治疗后给予临床护理干预促进了患儿尽快康复,提高患儿及家属对护理质量满意度,具临床可行性。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of clinical nursing intervention in children with bronchopneumonia. Methods From November 2012 to January 2013 in our hospital were diagnosed by clinicians in children as bronchial pneumonia, 170 cases as the research object,. These children were divided into two groups randomLy. Patients in the control group were used conventional nursing combined with inhalation therapy, and the experimental group in the conventional nursing on adding clinical nursing intervention measures. The two groups were compared after nursing with the treatment effect. Results The experimental group of bronchial pneumonia was effectively controlled, and there was a significant difference in the two groups (P < 0.05) At the same time, the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of ultrasonic nebulization in children with pneumonia to give clinical nursing intervention promotes the recovery of children as soon as possible, and improves the satisfaction of children and their families with the quality of care. It is clinically feasible.
