The cooperative education model of industry,university and research is an important mode for cultivating innovative talents in applied colleges and universities.On the basis of introducing the mode of industry-university-research cooperative education in applied universities,this paper analyzes in detail the problems existing in the current mode of innovative talents training and production-university-research cooperative education in applied colleges and universities,and seeks the ways to cultivate innovative talents.It provides beneficial suggestions for deepening the cooperation of industry,college and research and cultivating innovative talents in applied colleges and universities.
