为了有效帮助高校建档立卡家庭学生心理复原力提升,在积极心理学理论的指导下,制定并实施的长达一学期的心理健康干预方案。
In order to improve the psychological resilience of college students,a one-semester mental health intervention programwas formulated and implemented under the guidance of positive psychology theory.
