转型发展中新建本科院校教研活动开展有效性的思考

Reflection on the Effectiveness of Teaching and Research Activities in Newly-built Colleges and Universities in the Process of Transformation and Development

现如今我国高等教育结构同质化倾向严重,毕业生就业难与实际工作岗位人才短缺的矛盾日益尖锐,生产服务一线紧缺应用型、复合型、创业型的人才。为此国家要求高校转型发展,以培养应用型人才为主要的目标。本文通过调查发现教研活动主要存在的问题是:主题不明确、内容单调、形式单一。并对教研活动的主题和形式出现的问题提出了相应的解决策略。

Nowadays, the tendency of homogenization of higher education structure in our country is serious, the contradiction between the difficulty of graduates' employment and the shortage of actual job talents is increasingly sharp, and the production and service line is short of applied, compound and entrepreneurial talents. Therefore, the country requires the transformation and development of colleges and universities, with the training of applied talents as the main goal. This paper finds that the main problems of teaching and research activities are: the subject is not clear, the content is monotonous, the form is single, and the corresponding solutions to the problems arising from the theme and form of teaching and research activities are put forward.
