Reform of Postgraduate Training System Relying on Professional Competition and Interdisciplinary Resources

依托中国石油工程设计大赛和校内外实践基地,通过对专业竞赛课程体系,专业指导、评审体系改革,校内、校外实践基地,校企联合培养的完善与改革,建立专业硕士实践能力培养体系。依托本学科和交叉学科资源共享,通过学科交叉课程体系建设,学科交叉导师团队组建,学科交叉科研项目与仪器设备资源共享建设,学科交叉学术汇报、讲座、交流会设计等改革,建立石油与天然气工程学术型硕士创新能力培养体系。通过对专业学位硕士和学术学位硕士的全面改革,提高研究生的实践和创新能力。

Relying on the China Petroleum Engineering Design Competition and the practice bases inside and outside the school,the professional master's practical ability training system was established through the professional competition curriculum system,professional guidance,reform of the review system,and the improvement of internal and external practice bases and school-enterprise joint training.Relying on the sharing of disciplines and interdisciplinary resources,through the establishment of interdisciplinary curriculum systems,the formation of cross-disciplinary tutor teams,the establishment of cross-disciplinary research projects and the sharing of instrument and equipment resources, and interdisciplinary academic reporting,lectures,exchange conference design and other reforms to establish oil and gas Engineering Academic Master's Innovative Ability Training System.Through the comprehensive reformof the Master of Professional Degree and the Master of Academic Degree,the postgraduate's practice and innovation ability is improved.
