酒店管理本科专业课程体系构建探索——以广西师范大学新办酒店管理专业为例

The Construction of the Undergraduate Course System of Hospitality Management——Taking the New Hospitality Management Major of Guangxi Normal University as an Example

酒店管理本科教育的培养目标是理论和实践俱佳的综合管理人才。本文通过广西师范大学新办酒店管理本科专业的契机,在借鉴国内外酒店管理本科专业课程体系设置的基础上,反思如何发挥地域优势及后发优势,在经验借鉴中创新探索,构建一个具有国际视野、地方特色,适应行业需求的"基本技能+岗位技能+职业发展能力"的课证深度融合的人才培养模式及与之相适应的课程教学体系。

Undergraduate education in hospitality management should focus on cultivating management talent with both theory and practice.The study is based on the opportunity of the newly-established undergraduate major in hospitality management at Guangxi Normal University.Through the establishment of a foreign undergraduate professional course system for hospitality management,the problems existing in the curriculum setting of the undergraduate major in hospitality management in China are compared and analyzed.Advantages,innovating and exploring through experience learning,constructing a talent training model that integrates the "basic skills + job skills + professional development capabilities" with international perspective,local characteristics,and adaptability to industry needs,and the corresponding curriculumteaching system.
