复合材料工程专业“双创型”人才培养模式研究

Research on "Innovation and Entrepreneurial" Talent Training Mode of Composite Engineering Materials Specialty

"大众创业,万众创新"口号的提出,为高校培养大学生的创新精神、打好创业基础提出了新要求,要求高等教育转变和拓展人才培养模式。本文以复合材料工程专业人才培养为例,从复合材料专业特点和社会发展需要出发在培养方案和运行机制、教学方法与内容改革、学科创新创业训练平台建设等方面进行深入分析,探索构建培养机制、教学方法内容和创新平台三位一体的创新教育体系,以培养适应新时代需求的"双创型"复合材料工程专业人才。

The slogan of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation" has put forward new requirements for cultivating college students' innovative spirit and entrepreneurship foundation.The transformation and expanding of talent training mode need to be carried out.This paper,taking the training of the talents of composite materials engineering as an example,makes an in-depth analysis on the training scheme and operating mechanism,the reform of teaching methods and contents,and the construction of the training platformfor innovation and entrepreneurship fromthe characteristics of the composite materials and the needs of the social development.In order to cultivate the "Dual Creation" type of composite material engineering professionals to meet the needs of the new era,the innovative education system of training mechanism,teaching method content and innovation platformfused together should be established.
