空军定向士官生军政素质培养浅析

高职院校招收定向培养士官是军民融合发展在教育领域的新探索,如何培养定向士官生是担负培养任务的高职院校面临的重要问题,本文结合江苏信息职业技术学院空军定向培养士官生工作开展的实际,简要分析了定向士官生应具备的能力素质,培养课程体系设计,培养的方法、途径和要求,旨在为承担培养任务的院校提供借鉴参考,共同提高培养水平,确保为部队输送高素质人才。

The recruitment of directionally trained sergeants in higher vocational colleges is a new exploration in the field of integration and development of the military and the people.How to cultivate the orientation of the sergeant students is an important problem facing the higher vocational colleges.This paper,based on the practice of cultivating the Orienteering of the air force of the Jiangsu College of Information Technology,briefly analyzes the ability and quality that the students should possess,the design of the curriculum system,the methods,the ways and the requirements of the training,aiming at providing reference for the colleges and universities to undertake the task of training,and raising the level of training together.To ensure the delivery of high-quality personnel for the army.
