摘要
2017—2018年西藏自治区公职岗位实际需求量减少,只占到应届毕业生总人数的30%左右,明显不能满足毕业生增长的速度,就业需实现政府主导向市场就业重大转型。但以藏族学生为主体的西藏高校大学生就业观念固化,要想解决西藏严峻的就业压力,全面分析西藏高校大学生就业观念影响因素显得尤为重要。
Tibet autonomous region in 2017-2018 office post actual demand,account for only around 30% of the total number of new graduates obviously cannot satisfy the speed of growth,graduates employment to achieve significant transformation government leading to the employment market.But with Tibetan students as the main body of the Tibetan college students employment concept curing,to solve the severe employment pressure of Tibet,comprehensively analyzes the factor influencing Tibetan college students employment concept is particularly important.
