Analysis on Factors Influencing the Employment Concept of College Students in Tibet under the New Situation——Taking XiZang Agriculture and Animal Husbandry University as an Example

2017—2018年西藏自治区公职岗位实际需求量减少,只占到应届毕业生总人数的30%左右,明显不能满足毕业生增长的速度,就业需实现政府主导向市场就业重大转型。但以藏族学生为主体的西藏高校大学生就业观念固化,要想解决西藏严峻的就业压力,全面分析西藏高校大学生就业观念影响因素显得尤为重要。
