关于“中国制造2025”视域下高职学生工匠精神培育的思考

Reflections on the Cultivation of Craftsman's Spirit of Higher Vocational College Students from the Perspective of "Made in China 2025"

"中国制造2025"战略的实施呼唤大国工匠和行业领军人物,高职院校肩负着高技术技能人才培养的重任,必将在人才培养中加强学生"工匠精神"的培育,而"工匠精神"的培养不可能一蹴而就,本文对高职院校在"中国制造2025"视域下,进行工匠精神培养的困境、必要性和可行性进行分析并探讨其有效途径。

The implementation of "Made in China 2025" strategy calls for great craftsmen and industry leaders. Higher vocational colleges are shouldering the important task of training high-tech talents,which will certainly strengthen the cultivation of students'"craftsman's Spirit" in the training of talents.However,the cultivation of "craftsman's Spirit" cannot be accomplished overnight.This paper analyzes the predicament,necessity and feasibility of craftsman spirit cultivation in higher vocational colleges under the field of "Made in China 2025",and discusses its effective ways.
