从“大国工匠”精神谈高职院校师资素养提升路径

Talking about the Way to Improve the Quality of Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Spirit of “Big Country Craftsmen”

在全面深化改革开放进程中,新工业革命(工业4.0)、中国制造2025、互联网+等国家重大发展战略里,高素质劳动力队伍是建设制造强国的根本,技能型劳动者数量和质量是先进制造业竞争的最重要因素。本文拟从工匠型人才培养时代诉求、高职教育师资队伍存在的问题、高职院校工匠型师资素养提升路径三个方面进行探索、阐述。

In the process of comprehensively deepening reform and opening up, in the major development strategies of the new industrial revolution(industry4.0), China Manufacturing 2025, Internet + and other countries, high-quality labor force is the foundation for building a strong manufacturing country, and the number and quality of skilled laborers is the most important factor in the competition of advanced manufacturing industries. This paper intends to explore and expound from three aspects: the appeal of the artisan training era, the problems existing in the teaching staff of higher vocational education, and the ways to improve the quality of artisan teachers in higher vocational colleges.
