摘要
本文以山核桃壳为原料,用电热法从山核桃壳中提取烟熏液,以酚含量为指标确定最佳制备条件。结果表明,山核桃壳烟熏液最佳制备条件为:加热温度390℃,升温电压为200 V,粒径大小为2. 0 mm,在此条件下山核桃壳烟熏液的多酚含量最高为24. 21mg/m L。
In this paper,hickory shell was used as raw material to extract fumigation liquid from hickory shell by electrothermal method,and the optimum preparation conditions were determined by the content of phenol.The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions of hickory shell fumigation were heating temperature 390℃,heating voltage 200 V and particle size 2.0 mm.Under these conditions,the highest polyphenol content of hickory shell fumigation was 24.21 mg/mL.
