煤矿新型掘进法装备配套工艺及三巷快速掘进作业探讨

Discussion on equipment matching technology of new tunneling method and rapid tunneling operation of three roadways in coal mine

我国一些矿井采用连采机配套工艺掘进技术取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。但在一些煤矿的推广过程中也暴露出许多问题。本文主要阐述了煤矿新型连掘工艺和煤矿新型掘进工艺的配套装备。研究了煤矿三巷快速掘进的作业方式和主要生产线,特别是三巷掘进作业方式、设备配备和主要生产系统等。

Some mines in China have achieved good economic and social benefits by adopting the supporting technology of continuous mining machine.But there are also many problems in the promotion of some coal mines.This paper mainly expounds the new continuous excavation technology of coal mine and the matching equipment of the new excavation technology of coal mine.It studies the operation mode and main production line of the three roadways rapid excavation in coal mine,especially the three roadways excavation operation mode,equipment and main production system.
