in the theory of social equity and justice,Rawls makes an important point,which is to give the best benefit to those who are disadvantaged in society through the principle of priority.It is very likely that poor persons with disabilities and their families will not be able to escape poverty on their own,which requires the Government to continuously improve the social security system for poor persons with disabilities to meet their needs and solve their problems.
