综合护理干预对强直性脊柱炎患者运动功能的效果分析

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on motor function of patients with ankylosing spondylitis

以分析综合护理干预对强直性脊柱炎患者运动功能的效果为目的。方法:将2017年1月—2018年1月在我院进行治疗的60例强直性脊柱炎患者作为研究对象,并按照数字表法分成两组,即对照组和观察组,每组各30例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上再实施综合护理干预,然后对比两组患者的功能锻炼依从性和运动功能指标。结果:在对观察组患者实施综合护理干预后,其功能锻炼依从性和运动功能指标均取得了良好效果,与对照组相比,P <0. 05。结论:对强直性脊柱炎患者实施综合护理干预后,患者的功能锻炼依从性指标改善效果明显且运动功能指标效果理想,值得医院推广及应用。

To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on motor function of patients with ankylosing spondylitis.60 patients with ankylosing spondylitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the digital table method:control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Then the functional exercise compliance and exercise performance of two groups were compared.After comprehensive nursing intervention,the patients in the observation group achieved good results in functional exercise compliance and motor function indexes,compared with the control group,P<0.05.After comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with ankylosing spondylitis,the improvement effect of functional exercise compliance index is obvious and the effect of motor function index is ideal,which is worthy of promotion and application in hospitals.
