This paper analyses the problems existing in the cost control,and puts forward some measures to optimize the system of cost control in construction projects,to do a good job in the field verification of construction projects,to do a good job in the training of construction cost personnel,to strictly implement the budget index system of construction projects,and to strictly audit the construction drawings of construction projects,so as to make reflections on controlling the level of construction cost during construction projects in aspects of industry,process and link.
