十九大上,习近平总书记首次提出"建设现代化经济体系"并指出,高质量发展,就是能够很好满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要的发展。烟草行业作为实体经济的重要组成部分,必须认真贯彻落实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想,全面推动烟草行业高质量发展。哈尔滨烟区为提高烟叶质量,制定了"5622"技术体系,从而指导全区烟叶生产工作。

On the 19th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping first put forward the idea of“building a modern economic system”,and pointed out that high-quality development is the development that can meet the growing needs of the people for a better life.As an important part of the real economy,the tobacco industry must conscientiously implement Xi Jinping′s socialist economic thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era and comprehensively promote the high-quality development of the tobacco industry.In order to improve the quality of tobacco leaves in Harbin tobacco-growing area,the technological system of“5622”was established to guide the tobacco production in the whole area.
