中外合作办学,作为中国教育事业的组成部分,自上世纪70年代末出现以来,在国际、国内两个环境的政治、经济、文化多重因素的作用下,在政府、合作办学主体、教育消费者三个层面动因的推动下,于高等教育、职业教育领域得到迅速发展。

As a part of China’s educational cause,sino-foreign cooperative education have emerged in the late 1970’s,which is motivated by the efforts of government,educational institutions and education consumers with the multiple factors of politics,economics and cultures from both the International and domestic environment,and have been developing rapidly in the area of higher education and vocational education.
