摘要
市场调研在管理类课程教学过程中是必不可少的部分。按照从"理论学习,到实践,再到理论的创新"的教学思路,本文对《服务管理》课程的教学与考核中出现的问题进行了探讨,并提出了相应地对策。
Market research is an essential part in the teaching of management courses.According to the teaching idea of "theory study,practice,theory innovation",this paper discusses the problems in teaching and examination of "Service Management" course,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
