摘要
新时代背景下高校管理的过程中,时常会出现人员变动,其中高校辅导员的更换是一种常见的现象,因此在学生工作中时常会出现辅导员中途接手旧学生的情况,新老辅导员在工作方式方法上的不同使得学生与辅导员之间存在不少的冲突,给新辅导员无形中带来了压力。文章以福建工程学院中因"三个文明"引起的新进辅导员与旧学生之间的冲突为突破口,旨在探索一种科学有效的方式缓解师生关系,做到新进辅导员与旧学生之间关系的平稳过渡。
In the process of college management in the new era,there are often personnel changes.The replacement of college counselors is a common phenomenon.Therefore,in the work of students,counselors often face the situation of taking over the old students.The different working mode between the present and predecessor counselors makes many conflicts between students and counselors.It brings so much pressure to the new counselors.As a breakthrough of taking the conflict between the new counselors and the old students caused by the"three civilizations"in Fujian university of technology for this article.Aiming to explore a scientific and effective way to ease the relationship between new counselors and old students,to achieve a smooth transition between new counselors and old students.
