跨境电商背景下高职商务英语专业人才创业能力培养探索——以长江职业学院为例

近年来,跨境电商的蓬勃发展带来了大量的人才需求和创业机会,对具备国际化视野、较强商务沟通能力、较高英语水平和跨境电商运营平台操作能力的复合型外语外贸人才的需求大幅上升。但是,学校统一开设的创新创业课程与专业教育严重脱节,从一定程度上阻碍了商务英语专业学生创业能力的培养。因此,在跨境电商发展迅速的大背景下,高职商务英语专业需要探索将专业教育与创业教育深度融合的途径。

In recent years,the vigorous development of cross-border electronic commerce has brought a lot of talent demand and entrepreneurial opportunities.The demand for compound foreign language foreign trade talents who have the international field of vision,strong business communication skills,high English level and ability to operate cross-border electronic business operating platform has risen significantly.However,the innovation and entrepreneurship courses offered by the university are seriously out of touch with the professional education,which hinders the cultivation of entrepreneurial ability of business English majors to a certain extent.Therefore,in the context of rapid development of cross-border e-commerce,higher vocational business English majors need to explore ways to deeply integrate professional education with entrepreneurial education.
