摘要
《食品分析》课程是食品类专业的核心和基础课程,针对《食品分析》教学中存在的主要问题,提出了案例式、互动式、研讨式教学相结合的创新性教学方法改革和探索,对于食品相关专业的人才培养具有重要意义。
"Food Analysis"is a main and central course of food specialty.In view of main problem existing in the teaching of"Food Analysis",the innovation and exploration of the innovative teaching methods,such as case teaching,interactive and discussion teaching,have important significance for the development of professional talent.
