摘要 目的:探讨CBS结合PDG在医学影像学示教的应用效果。方法:302名临床本科全科医学方向学生,呼吸系统CBS+PDG新教学法,循环系统LBL传统教学,进行问卷调查、课堂测试和期末成绩统计对比。结果:学生对新教学法认可度超过90%,明显高于传统教学法。对新教学法三项满意度超过80%。课堂测试成绩两者有显著差异(P<0.05),新教学法优于传统教学法。期末成绩两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CBS+PDG教学法在提高影像学实践教学质量及效果和学生综合素质等方面具有积极意义,及时性效果明显优于传统教学法,远期效果有待进一步研究。 Objective:Discuss CBS combined with PDG apply in Medical imaging probation course.Methods:For 302 general practice clinical students,respiratory systemadopt CBS+PDG new teaching method,circulatory systemadopt LBL traditional teaching,Collect questionnaire survey and classroom test and final exam results data,then make statistics analysis.Results:The students'recognition of the new teaching method exceeds 90%,which is obviously higher than the traditional teaching method.More than 80%students are satisfied with the three aspects of new teaching method.There are significant differences in the classroom test(P<0.05),and the new teaching method is superior to the traditional method.There was no significant difference in the final grade between the two(P>0.05).Conclusion:CBS combined with PDG teaching method for imaging probation course has positive significance in improving the teaching quality and effect and students'comprehensive quality.The timely effect is obviously superior to the traditional teaching method,and the long-termeffect needs to be further studied.
