摘要
本科阶段的公共管理案例教学不同于公共管理硕士案例教学,这两个阶段的学生存在知识背景、社会经验上的差异,因此,需要准确定位本科公共管理案例教学。在实践中,本科公共管理案例教学存在的案例不符合教学需要、学生参与度低、教师案例教学方法不到位以及支撑条件不足等问题,需要从发挥教师主体角色、提升学生参与度以及配套相关软硬件设施几方面进行改革。
The case teaching of public management in the undergraduate stage is different from the case teaching of master of public management since they have distinct knowledge background and social experiences.It is necessary to accurately understand the case teaching of public management in the undergraduate stage.In practice,the cases of public management case teaching are not in accordance with the needs of teaching,the students'participation is low,the teaching methods are not in place and the support conditions are insufficient.It is necessary to carry out the reform by setting up the teachers'main role,promoting students'participation and improving relevant conditions.
