我国农民工职业教育体系的构建分析

我国农民工职业教育体系的构建与完善,是提升我国农民工职业教育工作成效的必要路径,而农民工职业教育工作成效的提升,则能够为农民工群体收入的提升以及城市建设进程的发展提供良好的保障,为此,关注农民工职业教育体系的构建与完善,探索农民工职业教育体系构建与完善策略具有重要的现实意义。本文以推动我国农民工职业教育持续发展为出发点,从农民工职业教育机构准入机制、企业参与机制以及资金投入机制的构建三个方面,对我国农民工职业教育体系的构建与完善进行了分析与论述。

The peasant workers of establishment and improvement of the vocational education system in our country,is the necessary path of migrant workers in our country vocational education work performance,and migrant workers employment education work effective promotion,can for migrant workers income increase and the development of city construction process to provide good guarantee,therefore,focus on migrant workers of establishment and improvement of the vocational education system,to explore the migrant workers to construct and perfect vocational education system strategy has important practical significance.In this paper,to promote the sustainable development of the vocational education of rural labor as a starting point,frommigrant workers access to vocational education institutions and enterprises to participate in mechanism three aspects,and funding mechanism of the migrant workers of establishment and improvement of the vocational education systemin China are analyzed and discussed.
